Refund Policy
When and how you can request a refund for a Bestplay Studio product.

This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund for a purchase from BESTPLAY STUDIO YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ or one of its Products. It applies together with our Terms of Service.
1. Consumer right of withdrawal (Türkiye and EU)
If you are a consumer in Türkiye or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of the transaction, without giving a reason.
This right does not apply to digital content that has been delivered and whose execution has begun with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. When you start a subscription or download a digital product, the withdrawal period may end immediately upon first use.
To exercise a withdrawal, email support@bestplay.studio with your order number and the reason for withdrawal.
2. Refund routes by payment channel
2.1 Apple App Store (iOS)
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Bestplay Studio cannot process refunds for Apple-billed transactions. If Apple requires confirmation from us to approve a refund, we will cooperate in good faith.
2.2 Google Play (Android)
Purchases made through Google Play are billed by Google. Refund requests must be made directly to Google at play.google.com. Bestplay Studio cannot process refunds for Google-billed transactions.
2.3 Web purchases via Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for eligible web purchases. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for first-time subscribers and for one-time purchases, subject to the conditions below. Renewal charges on existing subscriptions are generally non-refundable; we may issue a refund at our discretion in cases of unintentional renewal, outage affecting service, or billing error.
To request a refund for a Lemon Squeezy purchase, email support@bestplay.studio with your order confirmation. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to Lemon Squeezy processing times.
2.4 Web purchases via Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record for web purchases routed through Paddle. Refunds follow the same 14-day first-purchase window as Lemon Squeezy, with the same exceptions for subscription renewals, and are processed through Paddle. Email support@bestplay.studio to initiate.
2.5 Direct invoice (B2B)
For invoiced B2B contracts (typically Bestplay AI and Coaching App enterprise licences), refund terms are governed by the specific contract signed between Bestplay Studio and the customer. Please contact your account manager or legal@bestplay.studio.
3. Cases where we always offer a refund
- Billing error — we charged you in error, charged the wrong amount, or double-billed.
- Failure to deliver — we were unable to deliver access to the purchased product within a reasonable time.
- Material service failure — the product is substantially unusable due to a defect attributable to us, and the defect is not remedied within a reasonable time after you report it.
4. Cases where refunds are not available
- You changed your mind after materially using the product
- Violations of our Terms of Service that led to account suspension
- Third-party services integrated with our Products that are billed by the third party
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most disputes are resolved faster through support@bestplay.studio. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension while we investigate.
